Okay, so.. in efforts to make money on the side of finding a regular job, I want to have an illustration (or photography) print pre-order raffle giveaway of sorts. I would hold it for a month and whomever bought a print would get their name in a raffle. At the end of the month I would draw a name and whomever is chosen gets a custom painting from me. That’s just the gist of it.. more details to come. I’m just wondering if ya’ll could help a starving artist whose going to need to pay rent for next month. Let me know if you’d be interested!

“They got a cherry pie there that’ll kill ya.” My first Twin Peaks fan art. Scan isn’t all that great. Recently watched the series and the movie. Loved it (although the second half of the second season was iffy).

fragile things I’ve had this idea since the last guy that I “dated” rejected me, which has now been a few months ago. He had given me one of these shells on one of our first dates and I kept it in my coat pocket. One of the nights after being rejected, while at a grocery story, I searched in my pocket for the shell only to find crumbs. The shell broke to pieces just as our potential relationship had. I enjoy how this piece turned out. At first I wondered if I should have drawn the hand in a slightly different position in each frame but now I think I made the right decision not to. I wanted to show the shell crumbling on it’s own without any of my own, physical interference. I am excited to continue practicing more comic-like drawings, for one day I will get my graphic novel idea finished and the illustrations started. One day!
